A Day at The Ballpark

Last week, our team spent a day at Innovation Field, home of the Rochester Red Wings. The energy was contagious as we shared laughs, enjoyed snacks, and cheered for the home team together.

A highlight of the day was seeing the Red Wings secure a thrilling victory. The excitement and celebration mirrored our achievement when reaching goals together, reinforcing our support for one another.

We hope you enjoy a glimpse into the culture at three+one.

Our team loved being at the ballpark when the Red Wings secured the win that put them in first place in their league. Wishing the team a successful rest of the season!
