Together Is Where Growth Continues

Our recent offsite in the 1000 Islands, surrounded by the beauty of Clayton, New York, was more than time away together. It was a chance to reconnect, recharge, and focus on the future we continue to build as one team.

Over several days, our team brought creativity and collaboration to life. From thoughtful conversations to a spirited photo scavenger hunt, every moment reminded us how much stronger we are when we think and create together. A special thank you to the Clayton Country Club for their kind social media post about our scavenger hunt. Their words captured the warmth and energy that make our team so special.

We also took time to enjoy the region’s beauty with a boat ride amidst the islands and a tour of Singer Castle, a perfect mix of exploration and inspiration that sparked fresh perspectives and lasting memories.

We closed our time together with a vision-building session, where team members shared ideas, defined goals, and aligned on what success will look like in the years ahead. The discussions were filled with optimism, curiosity, and a shared belief in what we can achieve together.

Our time in Clayton was not just about stepping away from work. It was about strengthening the connections and creativity that power everything we do.

Here’s to our team, driven by purpose, inspired by each other, and ready for what’s next.
